I collaborate with gynecologic oncologists, radiologists, pathologists, and fertility specialists to deliver evidence-based care tailored to every woman's life stage and health priorities.

What is Gynecologic Cancer?

Gynecologic cancers affect the female reproductive organs and include:

  • Cervical Cancer ;Cancer of the cervix, usually caused by persistent HPV infection.

  • Ovarian Cancer ;Often silent in early stages; includes epithelial, germ cell, and stromal tumors.

  • Endometrial (Uterine) Cancer ;Begins in the lining of the uterus, common in postmenopausal women.

  • Vulvar Cancer ; Develops on the external genitalia, often slow-growing but potentially serious.

  • Vaginal Cancer ; Rare, typically occurs in older women or those with HPV-related lesions.

Ovarian Cancer
  • Chemotherapy (neoadjuvant or adjuvant platinum-based)

  • Maintenance therapy (PARP inhibitors for BRCA mutations)

Endometrial Cancer
  • Radiotherapy or hormonal therapy (in early stages)

  • Chemotherapy or targeted therapy for high-risk tumors

Cervical Cancer
  • Chemoradiation for locally advanced disease

  • Immunotherapy for recurrent/metastatic (e.g., pembrolizumab)

Fertility Preservation
  • Radiation ± chemotherapy

  • Organ-preserving approaches for localized lesions

Treatment is customized by cancer type, stage, molecular profile, and fertility considerations.
Vulvar & Vaginal Cancers
  • Referral and discussion before treatment when applicable

  • Hormone therapy for selected early endometrial cancers.
